The countdown is on to the 29th running of the Burson Rock2Ramp Ocean Swim will be conducted on Saturday 28 December 2024 at Point Roadknight, Anglesea. 

 

The event consists of four event categories, with the Kid's Dash (200m & 300m), Open-age 600m, Open-age 2.5km and traditional 1.2km (in 10-yearly categories) swim distances.

All funds raised go to the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club, to ensure that the club can continue its mission to deliver exceptional Surf Lifesaving services - protecting and strengthening our community.

We are excited to announce some new improvements for this years event. These include:

• 2.5km Swim Event - Course change to improve water safety and the spectator experience (View Map).

• 200m Kids Dash (7-9yr olds) - Course change to make it more inclusive, by being a swim/wade event, opposed to swim only. The 300m Kids Dash (10-12yr olds) course will remain as swim only.

• Introduction of a new A-Z Plumbing 1.2km Open Dash for Cash category - click here for more

• Introduction of a new 1.2km Legends category for people aged 80 years or older.
